  • Incorrect Item Received – If you receive a different item than what you ordered.

Return Process

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Step 2: Repack and Ship

Carefully repack the product in its original packaging or equivalent protection.

Attach the provided order number to the package and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

Only returns sent to the authorized return address with the correct order number will be processed.


Step 3: Provide Tracking Details

Once your return has been shipped, email us the tracking number along with your order number.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Step 4: Refund Processing

Returned items are inspected within 2–5 business days of arrival.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation & Modification

After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may not be possible.
