1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Please note that processing and delivery do not occur on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
2. How long will delivery take?
We offer free standard shipping within the United States.
Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes may no longer be possible.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do not currently offer international or APO/FPO/DPO shipping.
6. My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household members who might have accepted it.
- Verify that your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for proof of delivery.
