Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States (48 states).
Estimated delivery times:

Order Cancellations & Modifications
You may request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we might not be able to make changes.

Shipping Area
At this time, Clover Buildings Norman ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping, including to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@cloverbuildingsnorman.shop, and we’ll provide tracking details.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members who might have accepted the package.
- Verify your shipping address in your order confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) to confirm delivery details or request proof of delivery.
If the package still can’t be located, email us at contact@cloverbuildingsnorman.shop with your order number and carrier’s delivery confirmation.
We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement or refund if necessary.
